WWE Fans: Even you're tired of wrestling, right? (Outcome related)

I started a thread about the crappy state of wrestling today. No roster, predictable outcomes, pathetic storylines, terrible creative. The Bret Hart, Rock, Stone Cold, HHH(in his prime) are long, long gone. Not sure 99% of this roster wouldn't be intercontinental material at best. Brock Lesnar, the champion, hasn't wrestled in a month and won't until 2015.
Simply put WWE is a pathetic shell of what it used to be, but I find myself checking in every now and then to see what's going on, although very briefly.
My question-Is every main event Raw/PPV match now a member of The Authority vs Cena/Ambrose/(And Bryan/Reigns) and then The Authority coming in for a DQ?? Seriously, it seems every time I check in that's what's happening.

As Opposed to Rock/Austin v. the Corporation every month?

In the 80s, Hogan never wrestled much on TV.
In the 90s, every main event was Sting/Goldberg/other main event faces vs Nash/Hogan/Hall, with the NWO doing a run in for a DQ finish.
Some things never change. I'm just glad Cena isn't winning every ME match.

Maybe on TNT. Raw kicked arse in the 90's. Shawn Michaels, Austin, Undertaker, Rocky, Foley, Hart, Hunter..and before DX, Before Austin vs McMahon..
I loved the feud with Hart and Austin. Even when Austin Broke into Brian's house and got a gun pulled on him lol. You'll never see that again.

Ambrose, Wyatt, Cesaro, AJ, Paige are all great and worth watching. There's usually a few other decent segments here and there too. You have to look at the whole show, not just the main event.

I really watch more for the midcard/upper midcard guys like Ziggler, Sandow, Cesaro, Wyatt. More interesting than the main event, IMHO.

I used to love watching it but haven't in probably 10-12 years.
While at the gym Monday night, I noticed it was on and I realized just how bad it is now. In 30 minutes, besides awful wrestling, I saw them interview the dad from Chrisley Knows Best. It was an actual interview. Then I saw NeNe Leaks actually talking shite to one of the divas and she came to ringside during the divas match.
What the frick has happened to the WWF/E?

WCW made David Arquette their world Champ.
Chrisley was a USA Cross promotional mandate FWIW.

This is arguably the best HHH's character has ever been

Paul Heyman is at the top of his game as well. The promos from the other wrestlers (except Wyatt) leave much to be desired. Too scripted.

Bravo is part of the same company that owns USA so that explains Nene Leakes

Ambrose is cutting great promos. Like Wyatt, you can not script the kinda of shite he says. It is the same promo style he used in the indies. Lana is great at getting heat, granted her gimmick is a natural heat seeking missle. I think Seth is doing a fine job cutting promos.

I don't know about your soap opera but you shouldn't be surprised if Brock goes back to MMA for a couple years. He could make a few mil per fight, and fight 2-3 times a year. Why not try it and then do WWF again after?

I actually watched for the first time in a while the other night and I was saddened at how terrible it was.
I think the talent is there, but the execution is severely lacking.

I would be surprised. He looked bad his last few fights and with his multiple surgeries for diverticulitis he can't really take a hit to the gut. I think he's getting $5mil/year from WWE right for around 20 appearances so he's not hurting for money.

I am sure he makes bank in the WWE but he could easily make more than that in 2 fights a year with the UFC, if he could get up to 3 and keeps winning he could make double that in a year no problem.

They say he ALWAYS had diverticulitis while in the UFC and was at like 80%-90% at first and 70% by the end, now is the first time in 10 years or so he has felt 100%. His gut is WAY better now according to everyone who knows him and speaks about him.

Lana is actually one of the girls who was photographed near Jenn Sterger at Florida State. She turned it into a modeling career and is now Lana.
