He's in the fricking Navy Reserve, he had ample time to get the coke out of his system before he could possibly be tested. That's assuming the drug screening was random, which is highly unlikely.
And even giving him the benefit of the doubt, it can show up in a screening within 3 days of use, IF a large amount is being processed.
