Mine doesn't look like that, not even on the Louisiana page--those images are on the right and a bunch of paragraphs of text are on the left. It looks the same as it always has.

That's the side column. Either their CSS is messed up or your browser isn't reading it correctly. Since that's Chrome, I assume it auto updates, right?
