I saw this last week. I'm not big into Sours either so I'm passing.
This sounds good.
ETA: Also, Carrollton Market had a James Beard dinner last night that looked really good. It was $85/ with wine pairing.

New Belgium makes some good sours that aren't over the top. Certainly a good way to ease into them. La Folie is good and the Terroir is supposedly very tasty.

La Folie and Terroir are the two Ive had the most and I really like them. I've had a couple others but I don't remember the names. I went to a New Belgium tap takeover during Craft Beer Week here in St Louis and they featured just their sours. It was pretty cool. They do some good things.
