Fair ride leaves riders dangling upside down

I've never seen a thrill ride that scared me. Even in vegas, the things out at the Stratosphere aren't that bad. What is scary is when the people who maintain and operate that stuff do not even have a High School GED.

It always amazes me that there aren't more incidents/injuries at podunk little fairs like this where there doesn't seem to be many fricks given (I know they are "safe" but it doesn't seem like it sometimes).

We had one of those at the fair that left here a week or so ago. I'd never get on any of those rides
