Why isn't he in a wheel chair? But I doubt they would be so stupid as to use someone who wasn't trully disabled. Looks like he was just positioning himself for the awkward slide off the stage.

That dude looks like he was standing up.
BTW, that chair he is in is not a standard folding chair. That is the Slide Star Mobility Enhancer. It's standard issue instead of wheelchairs under Obamacare.

Regardless, there is a lot of instability in that press conference. Davis is an amateur with a huge chip on her shoulder.

I think the kid in the chair is a Louisiana boy. His Twitter feed prior to this is almost exclusively about Louisiana politics and the Saints.
