It would have been better if he called another law enforcement agency to report a very suspicious vehicle then film the situation from there.

The bottom line is the officer was calm and agreeable once he was informed of the situation.
Gavin was a fricking prick who kept repeating specific lines to try and get a reaction out of the officer. The video did not go as Gavin had planned. He was hoping the cop would blow up on him.
Yes, the cop should have a marked car.

Or that he is making an example of the hypocrisy that our police enforcement displays constantly in this country and hopefully influencing some forces across the nation to comply instead of being embarrassed. The cop was breaking the law outright and was called on it. It was then obvious that he was ignorant to the very laws he's enforcing. Im assuming youre ok with that?
