Scrambled eggs and thyme = the tits

Crack 2 eggs in a bowl, add salt and Chipotle tabasco to taste, then add thyme. Whisk together, scramble on the stovetop.

Or eggs & good cheddar...put the cheddar in first so it is melted, then as the eggs cook, it gets a bit crispy.

i like to fold a little cream cheese into really fluffy scrambled eggs at the end..just enough to make it soft/melty but not liquified where it turns into the bstter.
