Supposedly, the smallest brewery in Asheville, NC. It is located literally in the basement of Farm Burger. You have to sneak down an alley and walk down several flights of stairs to get there. Honestly, I'm not sure how I found it.

All the beer there were very good. I'd recommend stopping by if you are in the area. They didn't serve food, but Farm Burger and several other places are right there.

Pic of their brew rig:

Interesting. How much you think that rig costs/you think they do it for fun or make a profit? Just seems so small

Great questions. The brewer wasn't there when I went. I asked the same thing. Surprisingly, the pints were inexpensive $3-$5/ea.

I suspect the brewery is not a full time job for the owner/brewer. He may hope to grow the business so that it is a full time vocation someday...

Huh. That is pretty cheap. Would be fun to entertain the idea of something like this if we knew the breakdowns. Cool none the less

Shame I didn't see this earlier, we are finished for the evening in Asheville, walked past that place like 4 times today. Unfortunately they aren't open tomorrow. Oh well.

Yes and no. We went yesterday and found a seat downstairs. Waitress carded us though and my wife didn't have her id, so we didn't stay long. I had a couple of beers. We are looking at going for lunch today to get food.

May swing by the funkatorium again today as well.
