the issue with les is that it happens game after game. Other coaches make game management mishaps but they usually own up and fix it afterwards. Les makes excuses and is oblivious to his frick ups.

Straight up wasted timeouts because they couldn't get plays in.

He called for 2 right after the TD. His staff didn't get the play in in time. So he had to call the TO.
The timeout was necessary, not wasted. Not getting the play in by the OC was the problem. Strong himself did nothing wrong.
