With all of the struggles this year being young, I think they have a lot of experience going into the Bama, Ole Piss game etc.. I think we catch Bama and Ole piss off guard and pull an upset. they are likely to lose 3-4 games this year.

At this point, beating Ole Miss would be enough for me.

Anything else would be gravy.

Assuming that Bama plays well the rest of the season, beating them, in my mind, would make everything all better. It will show that we are obviously a team that is capable of playing up to elite competition, and also give us that sweet sweet long awaited retribution.

With the way our offense is playing we have a way better chance against the Gumps.

Quite frankly after reading the board this week I'm convinced we'll never win a big game again.

If the defense can score we have a chance, but with no offense we will be lucky to win another game this year.

Knocking Bama out of contention for good would be a great way to remember this season.

Appreciate the optimism but the trenches are so weak this year that we were not even close to being competitive against MSU or AU.

At this point, I think our only two chances of wins are tomorrow against Florida and Kentucky next week.
I'm withholding total judgement until I see what State looks like against Auburn. If they win convincingly, I think State may be one of the best teams in the country. I see Ole Miss losing at least one game and Alabama losing at least two more (State & Arkansas...Auburn is the other).
Until we shore up our interior line play on both sides of the ball and get better linebacker play, we just aren't that good.
There is no reason why we shouldn't turn our QBs loose and throw. it would certainly open up the run game.
Just my opinion...
