they really need to put sound insulation on that brick wall. the sound just bounces off of it and makes the mix muddy a lot of the times.
that and for whatever reason, the sound guys that mix there bury the vocals under the guitar.
love the venue though. even though this falls calendar fell short for me. no interest in any of the shows. i'd go see this show tonight but I can't make it.

Spanish moon is the beat venue in baton rouge. Its pretty much the only good thing in that shithole. Its probably about the size of the republic. Great upstairs bar and pool table.
