Looking for the most quality to burn whatever I want to a blank dvd disk

I bought Nero but wasn't impressed honestly, any other suggestions?

I've always used, and still like Nero.
I don't use it as often as I used to, and I'm sure I'm using an older version (10), but it does what I need it to do, which is burn pictures to a DVD.
but I upload all my pictures to my site, and let people download from there.

i guess you want a program to encode and author.
good luck getting quality.
i encode first with tmpgenc 4 express.
that is the old version.
then author with whatever you want.
encoding is where you lose quality.
