Should I Trade Matt Ryan or Jay Cutler? Or Neither?

Here is my roster:
QB (you can only start one): Ryan, Cutler
RB: LACY, Jennings, A Williams, Ball, Hillman
WR: Brown, Harvin, Crabtree, Randle, Cooks
TE: Olsen
DEF: Chargers
K: Tucker
Should I trade a QB to get RB depth? If so, which one? So far Ive done a good job of picking the right QB.

The problem with trading QBs, I have found, is that unless you have one of the big 3 (or 4 including Luck), you don't get a whole lot of value for them.
So if you were to trade one of those two, you would need to package it with someone else to make the trade worthwhile. Injuries at RB make that hard for you to do and your WRs outside Brown won't have much value either (I'm saying this as someone who also owns Harvin and Crabtree).
Is the owner of Gronk, Graham, or J. Thomas desperate for a QB? Because if you could trade either Ryan or Cutler and Olsen for one of them I would do that.
