I honestly don't know if the OL is that bad bc the terribleness of the passing game skews everything

I guess going 0-13 on third downs vs. Auburn is considered playing well

What I want my coach to say is stuff like:
The line can't block worth shite in a handbag.
The QB's couldn't hit a bull in the a$$ with a bull fiddle.
We call our WR's CLANG because that's the sound the ball makes when it hits their hands.
We don't let our RB's eat biscuits because they never get the butter off their fingers.

Is that the stuff you assholas want a head coach to say?

Porter, Pocic, and Hawkins all struggled in that game.

If Les had said "they're playing like hot buttered arse," would that have been better? Then you'd start this thread to say he's throwing his guys under the bus...

They are, how can you expect them to block 8 or 9 guys in the box?

The line didn’t have its best night, especially with pass protection. We charted four blips during pass-pro, two of those on right guard Ethan Pocic. Elliott Porter and Pocic seemed to struggle for much of the night, and Jerald Hawkins had a rough night, too, with four blips, one in pass-pro.

No, would just like hear him sound a little like Saban, Muschamp, Freeze, Malzahn, etc. Like say something intelligent about the game of football. Mention a specific scheme, situation, strategy about the game of football. Not a bunch of crap about the back end, quality opponent bullshite.

With an extra TE and RB? We constantly run 2 TEs and 2 back sets. It's the coaches job to get the QBs ready to recognize this stuff man, there isn't any excuses. Other teams constantly pick our blitz up? That's another thing why doesn't Chavis demand that they tackle better, or disguise the blitz? I'm sure he teaches this but man something needs to be done, run specialty plays in practice with a quick shifty player like the opponent has & practice taking good angles and practice being in the right places and not run out of the play. Kansas State played them much better bc they were a technically sound defense and attacked the ball. No way KS has the talent LSU does.

Yea stupid they actually were. The QB could not hit the gulf of mexico with a ball standing on the beach at Grand Isle.
