A CNBC All-America Economic survey released Tuesday shows only 24 percent of Americans are extremely or quite confident with Obama's economic record, down from 33 percent in June 2013, the previous low-point for the Obama administration. The survey found 44 percent of Americans had no confidence at all in Obama's economic policies. Obama's approval ratings declined among all demographics, and only 45 percent of Democrats expressed confidence with how he handled the 2009 global recession.

The disconnect between what we are told and what we actually experience in this economy is shown by these polls. Go to RCP, and look at Obama's economic approval ratings- it's awful. -27 awful to be exact.

I think this will, years from now, be called the "empty recovery".

Wages are stagnant, lowest workforce participation since the 60s, and severe cost hikes associated with employer sponsored healthcare..... Who'd have guessed

Get out of here with this economic bullshite. Give me a poll on one of Obama's strong points:

(1) Handling of EBOLA

(2) Handling of ISIS/ISIL

(3) Handling of Syria in general

(4) Handling of corruption within his administration

(5) Handling of race relations issues

(6) Willingness to compromise and work with the opposing party

(7) The stimulus bill, the majority of which went towards infrastructure investment

(8) The success of Obamacare in reducing health care costs

(9) The closing of the inequality gap under Obama's administration

(10) Increased competitiveness of the U.S. economy

(11) Improved standing in the world in general

(12) Stronger national defense

(13) Less terrorism in the world due to his diplomatic stature and universal appeal

Economic support is ~25-%

Obama approval ~43%

People don't enjoy his foreign policy either, so how on earth is Obama not in the mid 30''s? I regress

Cause he's the Novelty President. People want pie in the sky, to dream, if you wish. Reality sucks though...
