I sent a screenshot to customer support and they said it's because their server is too backed up. Told me to wait a little bit and try again. I'm gonna try at some point this weekend.

Had the same thing happen to me. I just deleted any content I downloaded then re-downloaded the game and it was fine. Appears it was a server issue.

Do you remember which button you pressed when downloading? There's like 9 different downloads. hah
I think I was gonna do the top left which is the 32 bit 0.25.0 version, but I wasn't sure if you needed to download the installer on the second line of downloads.
