I was just about to post this. Really sad, but maybe her cause will be heard by more people now and create change.

IMO, this is something every state should allow.

In fact he is saying the opposite. If your life is bad, move to Oregon and euthanize yourself.

Wow, that is so sad and it takes a lot of balls to do that. I agree with your choice to do this to try to avoid the pain and suffering, and having your family seeing you helpless.

There is a really good documentary "How to Die in Oregon" that is about this very subject. It's an excellent watch.

HBO or Frontline had a documentary on this topic a number of years ago. I certainly don't have the courage to do it. But, I'm glad Oregon allows it.

Everyone should watch this documentary. I can't believe people are actually against allowing people to choose this path.
