What can I do with this lineup to make it better? I'm 1-4 and I thought I drafted a good team. Any trades you would offer up?
QB - Foles/Cousins
RB - McCoy/B. Tate/B.Oliver/Vereen
WR - Dez/Marshall/G.Tate/Garcon/J. Gordon
TE - Gronk/Donnell
D - Stream
Of course McCoy has killed me and Garcon sucks

Need a QB upgrade, everything else should be fine. Trade Gronk and Gordon and get yourself a QB.

I would try and package mccoy and Josh Gordon together to get Demarco Murray and a lesser WR if you could. At 1-4 you can't afford to stash Gordon until week 12 and hope he is what he was last season. And McCoy is more valuable as a name right now than as an actual fantasy commodity. I say this as an owner of McCoy on a 1-4 team as well.

I would not trust Foles right now. The line just looks bad. I think you have to go with McCoy still.
I'd play oliver and tate as well. I don't see much you can trade away. I think you could get the most out of Marshall, but you need him when Mega comes back because Tate will fade fast.
If you really feel like McCoy is killing you, see if you can get a RB and WR for him.
I would probably stay put with that team though and just hope for better production from Marshall and McCoy.

I agree with you I don't need a QB upgrade at the cost of this. With the division Foles plays in he will get points consistently (I THINK) - I wouldn't mind trading McCoy but the Murray owner would be crazy to trade Murray right now. And McCoy won't give me what he cost me, and I think he could turn it around. I agree to someone staying put, but I'm sick of having a pretty good team and losing every week.

I wouldn't trust either of your QBs, can you get a Phil rivers maybe? With Tate back healthy you should be more than solid at every position except for QB IMO.
