Texas got complacent with a national championship coach. They were fine with going 8-4 every year while the rest of us laughed at their mediocrity. They stuck with Mac Brown too long and now they are nobodies. They have been passed by A&M, Baylor, and TCU. Are we getting complacent with average seasons? Will there be a downward spiral impossible for us to climb out of?

I think so, unfortunately.

I am concerned that we are headed to losing seasons this year, next year, and possibly beyond.

We are opposite of Texas. They have terrible team with good coach. We have good team with terrible coach.

That being said kick Florida's butt.

A lot of people keep saying that, but we weren't that great before the championship game. We struggled against Arkansas and Georgia. Do you people recall that?

41-17 against Arkansas
41-10 against Georgia.
Early struggles were squashed and we rolled.

King those scores are from 2011, The GA one is wrong it was 42-10. I don't remember very many close calls. I'm no defender of Les, but I believe he has earned the right to at least finish up the year.

The reality is this, he will be here next year unless he decides to leave. Like it, hate it, either way it is true.

edit...sorry I reread and we did struggle for a half against GA and a quarter or so against Pigs. The 3rd and 5th ranked teams at the time. 11 and 10 win teams.

If we have become Texas it's too late. That mistake will take years to recover from. The reason is we have a pool of recruits in our state that many surrounding states have taken notice of.

That had nothing to do with offensive production, that was all Honey Badger on special teams and the defense. After the game of the century our offense was putrid.

The fact of the matter is LES MILES IS THE PROBLEM ... hes done . He was never a good coach just a good recruiter . Talent only gets you so far ...his play calling sucks , simple . The game has changed and blew right by him he makes no adjustments .its time for a change and take his white jerseys and hat with him

no. BR doesn't have a good enough music scene for us to be Texas.

It is just a rebuilding year, put your big boy pants on and chill out
