Old Computer: Power Supply Question?

I got my old computer up and running in Safe Mode and did a Reset back to a date in 2010. After it went through the progression, the screen went dark and power light was blinking but nothing else was happening. So I press the power button to turn it on/off again. Now the computer won't turn on at all. No lights, no fans, no nothing. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
