I am not in love with an particular brand, I've owned a

Samsung Galaxy 3
iPhone 4 and 5
HTC One

Everyone phone has good things and bad....
I've narrowed my choices to
iPhone 6+
Galaxy Note 4
Amazon Fire Phone

Background:
I've used exactly 25 minutes in 2 months of talk time, 3.75 GB date, and 1008 text messages in the same span.
I don't really care about the "phone" part since I use my phone mainly for text/internet. I also use my phone for work related items and I have Microsoft Office on my current phone.

So to the people that own/have experience with these phones, hat is your opinion?

Not the Amazon phone.

The other choices are both excellent. I have pretty small hands and I used my friend's iphone 6+ and it felt perfectly fine. Note series is an industry leader in the big phone category. Just preference I guess.

Amazon phone bad?
I've never touched a iPhone 6 or Note 4 (only iPhone 5 and last note)

I really want to get Project Ara but I'm thinking I might have to go with the Nexus myself.

When will some of these phones come out?
Usually before I go and get a phone I will go in the store and play with it, then call and order. Mainly because if you call AT&T will usually waive my activation fee.

If this were true about me I wouldn't choose any of those three. The iPhone 6 and Note 4 are overkill for your use case and the Amazon Fire Phone is overpriced as far as I can tell.

If you're on a subsidized plan, save yourself some coin and get an iPhone 5/5S or a Note 3. If not, get a Nexus 5 off of eBay. Should be cheap with the new upcoming Nexus device.
