I'm gonna go with Ben Hogan, Ronald Reagan, and Nolan Ryan.
We'd all have a bone in ribeye, creamed spinach (Ruth's recipe), and bread pudding with raisins/Jack Daniels sauce.
We'd talk football, religion, and hunting.

Ronald Reagan (pre-Alzheimers)- I think he'd be really interesting.
John Wayne - I have no idea why, but I think he'd have some killer stories to tell.
Liberace- I saw that Behind the Candelabra movie the other night (by pure accident) and outside of the extreme gayness (NTTAWWT), he seemed like an interesting character.
There are many more I'd pick over these 3, but I've recently seen stuff about them on TV so it's still fresh in my mind.

3 people, in the entire history of mankind, and one of your choices is Liberace?
Liberace?
Liberace?

Walt would be a solid choice as well, I just fear he wouldn't shut up.
Nice suggestion though.

Frank Zappa
Adam Smith
Isaac Asimov
This might be subject to change, but I think some interest social issues could be discussed with a good bit of humor mixed in.

I'd maybe swap out Nolan, since apparently he ain't frickin dead yet, with the Queen Pharaoh Hatshepsut.

Brando, McQueen and Sinatra. I would just sit back, drink and listen.
