great, great post. I will post some links tonight. I have been collecting reggae vinyl for about 25 years now. (it's REALLY expensive these days)
love the rock steady and roots styles. King Tubby and Lee Perry are some of of my musical heroes.
check out any new clinton fearon records for new stuff coming out that is solid. one of the original Gladiators. got to see him this june- was fantastic. and Josey Wales- he was coming in hot.

Despite all the rotating cast Tubby always had a great band.
Lee Perry is probably #2 in reggae behind Bob Marley.
I will post more stuff this weekend when I get to my computer.
