Lake Charles Real Estate Question

Looking for a house around Lake Charles to buy. Going to be working there for a few years, need recommendations on a property that I can rent after I am done, possibly newer home, $120-$150k. Need some suggestions. Also some long term predictions about Sasol and how close to the plant is "too close", so I won't be stuck with the house.

Anywhere in the Barbe HS school district. Or in Carlyss. If it was me, I'd buy on Moss Lake or on the water in Hackberry and keep it as a camp later.

They are building these 1400-1500 sq ft houses everywhere around South Lake Charles. Anywhere in the 70605 zip code will get you your money back when you're ready to rent/sell. Another option would be the Moss Bluff area (70611), but you would need to spend around 180-200K for something smaller/new.
