Secret Service chief tries to blame sequester for total ineptness

Who doubted the Republicans would somehow be blamed for this?

Yet it was stated by a committee person that the agency received more money than the agency asked for.

We'll remember, the IRS computer crash problems were also attributed to lack of funds. Anytime anything in government fails, it's because of lack of funds.

Yeah, that's the dumbest excuse for anything. Remember the only thing cut in the sequester was the percentage of expected growth, so they only ended up with 97.4% budget INCREASE from the previous year..
