All the pertinent details. I'm thinking about going to see The Gaslight Anthem and have never been. TIA

Cool place but the sound sucks. It sounds a lot better on the balcony than floor though

I really like it as a music venue. It's small so there's really nowhere bad to be standing, on the floor. Never been on the balcony area. I really like that the bar isn't in the same room so you don't have the lines for the bar taking up the viewing area. There's a pay lot across from walk on's/happy's I usually park at that's not far and usually has spots even right at show time. That's all I can really think of right now.

ETA I'll agree the sound isn't the greatest. I found it varies with the artist though. May just depend on the type of music.

Promoter redid the sound before this fall lineup kicked off. Looks like they also softened the room so the sound doesn't bounce off the ceiling any longer. Was much better for Afghan Whigs.

Really cool venue. Decent crowd. Beaucoup parking right across the street.

Awesome news. I have tickets for Brand New in a couple of weeks, and may go see Gaslight.

I'll be there even if the place sucks. Been waiting a long time to see these guys live in a smaller venue.

Also curious to see how Against Me looks with Tom being a girl now. I'm assuming he's still their lead but I haven't kept up with them since the sex change. Hopefully it's a train wreck.

I hate the look of the place inside, but that is easily overcome if I want to see the band.. I like the technology of the place and how it can be configured upon need...

The sound sucked when I was there, but I am glad to hear that are investing more money into the sound...

I want to see the New Pornographers there in Nov., and their pristine pop deserves better than what was in there before... I was on the fence, but may give it a shot now..

The all white paint looks cool but isn't preferable for a music venue. When the band kills the lights to change the mood in an intimate setting and you can still pick out the pimples on a broad's forehead who's 100 feet away, you have a lighting problem.

The sound sucks. I won't believe the "they fixed it" line until I hear it. I've fallen for that before. However, it does vary by band and the balcony is a little better in most cases.

Drinks are good but overpriced.

Standing/viewing/seating is great

Bathrooms have very private stalls for those of you who ski.

Great parking and location.

Brings in good acts.

I've seen 12-15 shows there. I like it but it could use some serious acoustic improvement.
