Evolution.
Africa has so many uncivilized areas that are prime breeding grounds for new types of viruses/bacteria etc.
ETA: Guy goes out to the old watering hole, some new type of bacteria is floating around in there, next thing you know his entire village is infected, villages they trade with are infected, then it spreads to bigger cities and people start carrying it back to their home countries. It's pretty easy to understand.

Lack of a lot of things. Education, healthcare, infrastructure to name a few.
Did you really not know the answer to this question?

These don't cause the origination of the virus, just the spread of the virus

If it wasn't for us sustaining life and transporting resources most of the human life on Africa would be dead. It has shown the conditions are to harsh for live to survive, but we ship in water food and other resources instead of letting nature run its course

Poor healthcare, poor nutrition (equals weaker immune system), poor hygiene, Lots of people living in close quarters with wild animals and other people. Generally warm climate.
Most developing areas of the world in tropical/subtropical climates are usually pretty disease-ridden. For the same reasons.

You do realize not all of Africa is desert or safari plains, right?

Being that humans started in that part of the world, I disagree. They don't recieve that much aide really. And nature would run its course without help, but not in the sense that everyone would die that you're speakin of. The population of the area would decrease a little but eventually balance itself.

Over population due to destruction/extraction of natural resources and poking anything that moves.
