Getting from Westbank to Metry and vice-versa

Just moved out to a place in Metairie near David and W. Metairie. I work on the wank and trying to see the best way to get back in 5pm traffic and also in the mornings at 8am. Been taking the expressway to the huey P, then driving through Harahan to david dr. Should I stick with this or attempt i10 to the david dr exit? I think I'm screwed both ways but trying to see the lesser of the two evils.

When I worked on the wank and lived in Metry, I would take River Road to 9 mile point road to the Huey. That or the Expressway is probably best for you.
Just check Google Maps traffic daily and take the best route based on that.

Earhart and Huey most times. If traffic looks really heavy, say on Fridays, use Airline and Clearview to access Earhart.

Yeah I think ima just stick with expressway to huey. I work near it.
What do you suggest in the mornings? I've been taking the huey there but took me 40 mins this morning to get to work.

I live near you and work in Gretna. I take CCC in AM and Huey p,clear view, left on airline, right on transcontinental on the way home. From the expressway I get off at barataria and head to the river and follow river road to Huey p.

What do you take to get on the CCC in the AM? Tried airline to i10 and was bad.
