Gumbo Cook-Off for Anglers for Conservation in Orlando

Not sure if this should be here or on the F&DB or the Rant....maybe I'll do all!!! 
Holding a gumbo cook-off on November 22 here in Orlando to benefit Anglers for Conservation/Hook Kids on Fishing Programs and some other deserving charities. LINK
If there are any OB members in the general Central Florida area we'd love to have more Louisiana oriented teams. LSU Orlandeaux Alumni group will be participating. $50 entry & minimum of 5 gallons of gumbo of your choice.
