Try whole foods. They've got a large sausage selection

My choice would be Bergeron's... just about everything I've had from there has been legit

I've tried all of them and none were that good. Whole Foods are way too dry.

However I finally found one that is very good. Alexander's jalapeño chicken. It's fresh and very good. Much better than any other.

Thanks for this.. Thinking of picking some up, removing the meat from the casing and making chicken meatballs.

I bought some delicious chicken chorizo sausage from the sample lady at Calandro's on Saturday. I cannot recall the brand but it was a lady's name and it came in small 4 link packages.

I'd open those up and plop em on top of a bed of scrambled eggs, smother em with cheese, add green onions and serve em in a tortilla with sour cream and picante..
