Soccer Board Facelift Thread - Updated with Full Mockups (9/30/14)

EDIT: I added full mockups with the theme changes added. Click the link for a large version of the capture to get the real vibe for it. I replicated the code for the site and put the changes in myself so this is not just a prototype done in PS. It's working code that I'm toying with (which is why the top ad-bar is gone 
). I could literally just send the CSS and whatnot to Chicken to use without issue. I would host them, but I don't want to risk any legal issues with Chicken.
This is my post from the other thread. I figured I'd start a new thread to keep all updates and whatnot in the OP. I'll also be able to put dates when updated so people know when there's something new.
So, after leaving town for a few days and getting a bit sick, I've finally had time to toy with it a bit. I revised the lines as was suggested. I also toyed with a grass texture, but it'd be annoying to base the theme on it. Because of that, I figured I could just put it on the field. Personally, I like it better without, but since I support an open, democratic process, I did my duty. I'm including the hex color codes to allow for easy integration into the site. The current board theme's hex color is #006400. I just realized mine uses #006600. Even though it's really minor, I'll get it changed across the few drafts using it. Since I have a bunch done now, though, I'll show the ones I have.

After seeing the full mockups, I change my vote to E.
It also has to do with giving Dijkstra his first choice. He did work harder on this than the rest of us.

Wow, I really, really didn't think the grass texture would go through. I was partial to B and C as a result, but now that I know they're in the mix, I like E and F the most.
Honestly, if the SB wants grass, I'm open to D, E, or F. I think E is the best because it's a bit darker of a green and easier on the eyes. I wouldn't mind D, though, since it's the easiest to get changed without asking them to redesign it.
D is looking like a popular early pick, though.

tbh i dont get the hate for the current setup. i've kinda got used to it, but im one of those hermit fricks that just adapts and gets in a comfort zone too easily

Updated the OP with screen captures of working code with the changes implemented. I have the full screen captures included as links so check them out. I took the top ad-bar out so there may be a LITTLE issue with the CSS not having proper spacing between the "My Links" header and the container div where the logo, Settings link, and Sign Out link are.
Looking like E is making a decent run. This pleases me. It looks the best to me.

I'm not a huge fan of the grass, but I can see its appeal.

This is exactly how I feel. I think over time it may grate on people, but I'll keep the basic versions saved in the cloud just in case.

At the moment, D and E are in the lead with 8 votes each (allowing for multiple votes as long as they aren't troll votes).
It's all about making this place better. I'm all cool with whatever everyone else wants. If E wins, I won't be upset, though.
Personally, I wasn't all in for green, either. A lot of people want the green to stay, though, and it works well with the logo work. It made it easier to stay with green just because I committed to green when tinkering with the logo the first time. Now, any change with green involved takes a few minutes. I could potentially mess with another color, but it'd take a little while because of the way I did it (using the background color as the field coloring instead of making a field). With the logos as they currently stand, I think green is really the only one that fits.
Feel free to find a greenish color here and give me a hex code to it. If you have another color idea, feel free to let me know. I can try to work with it, but I can't promise anything. I may be open to mocking up one last different look to it. I'm against doing the red, white, and blue look, though, because that'll make this place look like the shitshow that is PoliTalk.
