A Question to "The Voice", "American Idol", etc viewers about "pitchy" . . .

Really, The Voice is the only one of those shows I watch. But without looking it up or using 'da google, how many of you actually know what the term "pitchy" refers to? Sharp? Flat? What?

How come? I think it's an overused term that people just throw out there.

You didn't really lose my respect.

I just like playing the "cool" guy and attacking these shows.

I'm really just a follower of society's hip trends.
