New Orleans Pelicans forward Ryan Anderson has waited more than seven months to participate in a practice conducted by coach Monty Williams.
...He did agility drills. He went through contact work. He ran at full speed and came away smiling with no problems after the two-hour practice ended.
..."They were fine,’’ Williams said. "They got through practice with no hiccups at all. They looked good. I’m just glad he’s (Anderson) out their on the floor and he’s happy. You can tell he’s got a different step about him this year. His mojo is in the right place.''

Also a little tidbit about Jrue:

But like Anderson, Holiday participated in drills and had no problems on Tuesday.

well that's a pleasant change. says a lot about our injury history that were happy about getting through one practice.

For clarity, "they" are Jrue and Ryno.

I'm guessing this is more about Gia than his back.

That comment was specifically about Ryno and Jrue coming off of injuries. When you read it in the context of the article, it's really a throw-away statement.
