This has to be fake. Everyone is way too calm towards the "Ravens" fan, and it just feels like the dude is just a Browns fan saying hey guys we are going to be on the Internet, act pissed. You never see the dude recording, so we don't know if he truly was a Ravens fan, but it just seems fake to me.

People take this shite too seriously. If I saw that guy I'd laugh too, because... its funny. He didn't get in anyone's face or anything.
And its weird because it goes both directions. If your team is losing, and you make a comment about the winning team such as "Man, that is an ugly dude" or "What the hell is the coach wearing?" people respond "You're team is losing bro!" as if that has anything to do with it, etc.
I'll never understand why people take this stuff so personally.
