yep I stand by my opinion that through 4 seasons and 3 books, I'm not convinced Dany makes the story any better.
The best aspects of her scenes/chapters don't have anything to do with her.

It's so hard to pick a favorite.
I have to go with Tyrion, though. The little a-hole's got style, but has an honorable streak as well.
Jamie is great, especially lately, but he still threw a kid out a window.
The Hound is boss after his "I'm going to eat every f&^king chicken in this place" scene.
Tywin is, well...Tywin.
And The Red Viper is the greatest, short lived character EVER

Joffrey might be everybody's least favorite but he was incredibly important to the plot. I wouldn't have minded seeing what kinda shite he woulda pulled in his 20's.
