Start both Bell and Blount vs Jacksonville?

My RB1 and RB2 are Forte and L. Bell. Would it be stupid to start Blount in my Flex?
My other RB options:
West- Idk how I feel about Tate coming back
Chris Johnson- has been boom our bust, mostly bust.
Donald Brown or Brandon Oliver- both have looked pretty meh.

My WRs are absolute trash. And we have an extra WR/TE Flex one might have to play in if I don't start both Julius Thomas and Donnell
