Has anyone seen this show? From what I read the guy is bankrupt yet he supposedly lives in the same neighborhood as usher and David justice.

I never heard of him until the show. If he is broke then I am not sure why USA wanted to do a show on him. I think he used to be a real estate developer for something in that industry.

I went to highschool with the oldest girl. They have lived in that house for awhile, he does real estate but don't know anything specific

There was some rumor that he pays USA to be on. As insane as that sounds it makes almost as much sense as them giving him his own show.
