I think it's funny how people bash the crap out of CLM, then he announces Harris as starting qb and all the naysayers split! Where you at now guys?

Les had no choice here dude. Les maintained his stubbornness as long as possible.

There's no doubt he's a good coach given his track record. People just bash on him because he has those "moments" during games. These are the same LSU fans that are screaming at the Saints for getting rid of Will Smith, Malcolm Jenkins, Sproles, and Roman Harper because they were "veterans" .

So, I guess he's warranted another raise for making a decision Ray Charles could've made.?? It was a no-brainer decision. He needed to give Harris a shot given the lack of production from Jennings.

All the folks who were unhappy with the QB situation split? Are you on the same board I'm on??

Even the Les apologists have had moments when watching LSU play where they felt like they knew more than him.

It happens with every coach.

Our fans are just better with the viciousness than other fans.

I feel like the qb switch was inevitable. CLM wanted to make sure his plan failed before moving on to a new one. There's nothing wrong with this, the other option would be to make quick irrational moves which is horrible for the confidence and planning of a team.

It was pretty apparent after how many snaps Jennings had in the New Mexico State game that Miles would be starting Harris.

My opinion about Miles has not changed with the announcement of Harris starting.

He is a good enough coach, but has blaring flaws. The people acting like we are amazing again must have forgotten how badly Mississippi State embarrassed us. Basically for 58 minutes we were dominated by what should have been a significantly inferior opponent.

I was a big fan of seeing many new formations/variations in our playbook this weekend.

This week vs Auburn will be telling about how good this team can be.

Why not give credit to the inferior opponent? Sorry but MSU has a veteran team with perhaps the best quarterback in the SEC. Wouldn't surprise me if they win the west. We are a year away and everyone should know this. No matter what you Nega-Tigers say Miles puts his Team and Players first and that's why they love him.

No, this is of humorous rhetoric mostly. I'm just saying, let the guy coach! The team seems to be finally gelling!

I hear ya....If Les would just, for the love of Christ, get out of his own way sometimes, no telling where this team would go.

THANK YOU!!! I've said it time and time again. The LAST thing that fans should EVER do is boo a college football player OR boo the coaches. The players are student athletes going out there for the pure love of the game and (as they don't get paid) not for the money. Coaches are just out there trying to encourage these rapscallions to achieve their dreams. Why anyone would boo is beyond me. Shame, Shame.

This meets all the requirements of a perfect rant post

1. It's wrong (Miles can do whatever he wants, he can start Welter at QB if he feels like it)

2. It criticizes Miles no matter what the topic is (this is exactly what some people wanted, something they swore would never happen, and they still insult Miles any way)

wait til the first series against Auburn. you will see the Iform big sets. we won't spread until we are down 2 or 3 tds. Les will run his offense like he always has a stubborn ground the first two plays then make Harris pass in obvious passing situations. Harris will struggle
