Spin Off: Best Lunch Specials in BR

Spin off from the Hidden Gems thread, where the $12.00 Nino's lunch got me thinking. Where are some of the best lunch specials in BR?
Some hard to beat:
Diguilios: $8.95 for Spaghetti/Meatball, Lasagna, Chicken Picatta, or Chicken Cacciatore w/ a house salad
Stroubes: $10.95 daily specials w/ a salad
Superior: $8.95/$9.95 for their Brisket Tacos or Brisket Quesadillas daily. (can't remember the exact price)
What else ya got?

The burger at Ruth's Chris is a great burger and an awesome lunch deal. For $12 you get a salad, side and the burger.
It's one of if not the best burger I've ever had.

Martini told me about the Juban's pre fixe lunch menu. Pretty good deal.
Also Nino's. $12 for soup or salad.. and sandwich or pasta.
And their food isn't run of the mill. Handmade pasta, interesting combinations..

Does the chimes still have decent lunch specials? When I come into BR for work sometimes people would take me, but after I ate them I just wanted to go to sleep and I felt like I just gained 12 pounds.

Red Zepplin has a small pizza and a salad for $10.
Gino's has legit daily lunch specials. salad and entree for $12

Chelsea's has a daily lunch special that is absolutely clutch.
South of Philly has a daily special for $5.99, which is a different 7" sandwich, fries and a drink each day. I think Monday is their double burger, I know their chicken & bacon philly and their french dip are two days, and that their shrimp po'boy is on Fridays.
Dempsey's has some legit specials.
9.99 all you can eat sushi buffet at Kaminari north of LSU.

The Thursday lineup is the absolute best IMO.
The Angel Hair Pasta with Seafood Mornay Sauce is good..

If you like Smothered Chicken, the versions at Chicken Shack, Dorothy's, and Cafe Express are all ten times better than Dempsey's.
