if there's sausage in it, a fork, if no sausage, spoon. so if you go spork, thers' no worries.

Depends on who makes it. I make mine more like a gumbo, so a spoon.

Depends. When it's hot and fresh and soupy, spoon.
When it's cold/reheated and thicker, fork.
