How long can we keep him and doyou consider him more or less valuable than CLM ?

Obviously more, that's why Miles makes more money and has the highest job title because he is less valuable.

Well its not a question of money
But he may have OC aspirations or higher and than he may exit

He only leaves in three scenarios IMO:
1) he moves up to OC position at FBS school;
2) he takes HC position at FCS school;
3) he makes lateral move if we get a new HC

He wouldn't take a head coaching gig at a FCS school
And he wouldn't take a lateral move to another school bc he makes more money here as a RB Coach then most FBS OCs make.
