Let me get this straight....
Our students are spoiled, classless, vulgar, and not dependable to stay the entire game.
Our other fans boo our coaches and amateur athletes when they aren't putting up perfect touchdowns... And then if the team does start to do really well, they leave and continue to drink into a blackout.
Sounds like a place I would want to play college football.

You obviously weren't there for the Mississippi St game where the student section was the only section still packed in the 4th quarter.

All of the booing I heard came from the student section. They started booing at the start of the second drive.
I did see the south endzone give Harris a standing ovation when he entered the game.

Back in the day you had no idea who else won or lost until the newspaper came out on Sunday morning. All that mattered was the Tigers.
Today you can see virtually every game and every fan antic in America and we emulate. It is no longer even about the Conference Title but just the four team wannabe's.
I so miss the days when we had 67,500 and it got louder with each TD in a rout. Today they hit the exits. It seems to me LSU fans are now among the worst at leaving after half time.
Do Saints fans leave early?

Yet, our fans are almost always rated as one of the best fanbases in every article or poll released on the subject matter for my entire lifetime. Our venue has also had a very similar run of success in large part due to our fanbase.

I agree with Grand paw. Tiger stadium is a shadow of what it used to be, because the current fans are a bunch of ninnies. Mommie wants them home early!
