My theory behind the two qbs to win motto

I understand Miles not wanting to throw a player under the bus or tipping his hand to AU, but everybody and their momma knows Harris is our guy. However, Miles and Harris both keep stating it will take two qbs to win. I think Miles is trying to establish an option run game with Jennings (hence his numerous rushing attempts) setting up the play action pass which has worked so far. In order for this to continue to work Jennings has to get bet at focusing on choosing his options. I think he has been two focused on the home-run play. With Harris however the play to spread the field and run this tiger and laser hunh offense which has been extremely successful. I say all that to say this Miles has a good game plan here but Jennings has to get better fast.

If you are right then i dont see the logic when Harris is obviously more athletic.

I think it is base on how Jennings bulked up and is able to take a hit. I have faith in the idea (if my theory is correct), but Jennings has to take command of his role in that package/game plan. He also has to make the play action passes the run option game is going to set up and get the ball to his check down. Dural as good as he is, is not going to be open all the time.

If we keep making excuses for it, it may come true..... jennings looked great last night on that option when he got a lit for a fumble.

If he is the read/option run QB then he needs to make better judgment on his reads, because it hurt us vs Miss St.

Yea he did that's why I won't be surprised if he got the start Miles seems determined to get the option game established, however Jennings must execute for it to be successful. I hope he can make a turn around for next week. Imagine the success we would have if one qb ran the option successful and hit on the play action pass, then we follow that up with a HUNH with another qb.

Imagine the success if we just kept the defense off balance with one guy aka Harris.... If we send in Jennings to have 1 specific role you become 1 dimensional again.....
