What did we see tonight that will be meaningful next Sat?

Most substantive thing is that Dural and Chi are big match-up problems for CB's.

LSU opened the offense more than against ULM. I think that's a good sign.

Brandon Harris is the best quarterback to ever put on an LSU uniform and jennings is the worst and Harris will lead us to an undefeated rest of the season on the road to the first of 4 straight national championships due to him deciding to stay after his junior year because him and miles finally get along

And Harris likes to take a sip of Gatorade and put the cup back on the tray

We do everything better out of the shotgun.

The Pistol/spread formations give our RBs a little room to build up some speed and hit the D with more power.

Harris makes a D think a lot more because he is very good with his fakes and he is fast.

Jennings lost his starting job (or played bad enough to) and Harris continued to impress. Even though it's NMSU, that has major implications for the rest of the year.

The chemistry really changed when Harris was put in. I don't know if it is an undefined leadership quality or what...

I mean, why should the O line play harder and the rush seem easier. Just because the D didn't know what to make of his threat?

Just see a quality in this young man. i have liked him since the January All American games. He was a walking LSU recruiting commercial.

What I took away from it is that Harris and Beckwith ought to get at least 90% of the playing time at their positions.

It was also good to see Gilmore make a tackle. We're going need all the DTs we can get.

I noticed that too. Maybe the team believes that Harris is their guy, and plays harder for him.

Only thing I took away was the cup my drink came in.

That is not the most substantive thing that came out of this game.

Jennings has lost his confidence.
Harris has a lot of potential
NMSU is a really bad team

Auburn game will tell us a lot more.

I hope like hell we never see that "diamond" formation again. Can we consider that a bust?
