My name is Vino, and I am going to eat all the pasta.

No man's hand will stay my fork.

No woman's love will sway my heart.

No doctor's order will restore my cholesterol.

My name is Vino.

I am going to eat all the pasta.

On September 8th, I purchased a Pasta Pass, and immediately realized my life's goal. For the 49 days of Olive Garden's Never Ending Pasta Bowl™, I will consume nothing but food obtained through that fine establishment. On this site, I will document my journey - the friendships I create and destroy, the changes my body goes through as it adjusts to a purely carbohydrate-based diet, reviews of each and every one of the 150+ combinations of pasta, sauce, and toppings - and so on.

None of my friends were able to dine with me tonight, so I ventured into the Olive Garden solo for the first time. It's not that I don't have many friends - I actually have quite a lot. Like, I originally figured I'd go with a new friend to the Olive Garden pretty much every night, and I'd even have friends left over after that. But I guess tonight most people were busy. It's not a big deal. Like I said, I've got a ton of friends, so it wasn't even sad or anything. Sometimes I even prefer to eat alone.

Who is he trying to convince here?

I wish he'd take before and after pics in his briefs. I'd like to see the damage this does to his body.

How can you even say that with that belly hanging out of your Bulls jersey?

All those dishes look like cheap frozen dinners that have been microwaved. No thanks.

Someone will be here shortly saying all the food at Olive Garden comes in a bag and is microwaved.

Saying that those dishes in the pics weren't just heated up in a microwave isn't really helping your cause

This blog has potential. That sausage/marinara/pasta dish does look truly terrible. Like some college kid that can't cook but has to make dinner for himself every night because he's broke.

As a recovering fat kid 3+ months into a ketogenic diet, I feel this guy is helping the universe course correct after all those carbs I left behind.

I applaud him. That kind of moxie is a rare and commendable thing.
