If you could only buy 1 more game the rest of this year...

Trying to make a decision here. At the moment, I'm on a "1-brand-new-full-priced-game" budget, and the pickings are meh from what I can tell. Looking for something with MP and/or co-op. I've pretty much ruled out the Borderlands Pre-Sequel. Looks more of the same and I have plenty of content to go through in the DLC. I'm somewhat interested in the new CoD (laugh all you want). Videos have looked interesting and I'm intrigued by the co-op. Unity is also in the running, but waiting to see if it's just going to be another AC.
So what would the GB pick, minus single player offerings?

If you are looking for a co-op multiplayer experience than Unity probably isn't it. I know they are using some co-op this year but my guess is it will only be a small portion of it.
COD may be your pick. You could also wait for the steam sale.
