I believe last weeks game with a great 1st quarter and sh!t for the rest of the game save one late drive is what he is referencing.

Last week, 2 straight scores...then not so much as a FG until the 4th quarter, as I recall.
It's been pretty common for our offense to stall, whether by stupid playcalling, dumb penalties, or poor decisions by Brees.

I think I read somewhere that we had 3 possessions of ~8 minutes each in the 2nd half of that game. I haven't verified that yet, but if it's true, we must have done pretty well with ball control and clock management, which is always a plus.

That was my thread. Only 3 2nd half drives, all over 5 minutes with the last drive running off the final 7 minutes of the game.
