I've read on here about the second map. I've been doing as much of the side shite as I can before progressing too far. I thought I was going to have to level up a bit more but finally started killing off the stronger captains.

Tried to take on a war chief earlier and 3 captains showed up into the fight. Needless to say I didn't live.

I figured out that the captains will respawn if there isn't much of an army left. The level 20 one I killed came back. I can't take him without stealthing his arse.

I have been struggling to kill the warchiefs big time, but for some reaaon tonight i just wrecked shop and killed the remaining 3 of the 4 i needed to kill to unlock that other mission...i think i just killed 3 warchiefs and like 6 captains in the span of about 30 minutes..im feeling like a badass right now, lol

At some point it just clicked for me. Really doing the ambushes, feasts, etc helped out.

Same for me. Once you can get some of the abilities in the tiers you've got to unlock it becomes easier.

Game is sick. I think part of the novelty is that we've never seen this violent of a LOTR universe before.

I think the nemesis system is just addicting. They do a good job of making me want revenge.

I think the most satisfying thing yet for me in the game was when i finally killed the level 20 captain who had been kicking my arse for days every time we came up against each other.

I started playing it. I was initially turned off by trying it because I'm not really a LOTR fan, but it's fun so far. I'm about 7 hours in and dying a lot

You die a lot for sure. The game uses the LOTR universe but it really doesn't matter if you like it or not.

I just got this last night. It's addicting and fun as hell. PLayed for about 2 hours last night and haven't died yet but I know it's coming.
