Why do we allow primitive tribes to exist?

These uber conservative tribes in Africa and the Amazon refuse medical treatment and vaccination, which causes these horrible outbreaks of Ebola. They need to be forcibly integrated into cities or small towns. No more grass huts, witch doctors, and believing that voodoo skyfathers will save your kid but vaccines won't.
These devilish tribes give conservatives a bad name. As a conservative, I don't like that. But these tribes are what cause ebola, and they need to be punished for it.
If I'm Obama, I'm sending in forces to the western african coast to put an end to this madness of tribal existence.

The reason why the Ebola outbreak persists is because these fricking tribe people are not accepting medical care. Even worse, they are not accepting it on religious grounds.

Apparently, someone thinks there is a Ebola vaccine. Can you enlighten me as to the name or manufacturer of said vaccine? Or possibly which strain it vaccinates against?

I asked myself that same question just a few days ago after watching a PBS special about a primitive tribe.
It's as if we treat them like they aren't human beings but some kind of endangered species of animal that must be allowed to live the way they have always lived so they don't go extinct.
